Dual tone multi-frequency (DTMF) - If your environment supports the DTMF hardware, FACSys will deliver a fax as defined by the sender's DTMF identification. For instructions on configuring a board for DTMF routing,

Line (channel) routing - FACSys can also deliver faxes according to the channel on which they are received. Inbound faxes can be routed to a FACSys user or to a network printer. For instructions on configuring a board for line routing.
