To automate the process of pre-pending or appending required dialing digits, you can define a dialing prefix or suffix on the Dialing tab of the user's profile. The digits you define are added either to the beginning or to the end of the dial strings - they do not replace any digits entered by the user.
The Billing Code you define here is reflected on all messages sent by this user.
When required for connection to an external service provider for sending fax messages, define the Remote User Name and Password.
