To define a default cover page and optional information for the user, display the user's Profile Properties dialog box and click the Other tab.
In the Other Information fields, optionally define Fax, Telephone, and Address information to be placed in the corresponding "sender" fields on the user's cover pages.
If you enable the 'default cover page' option, FACSys will, by default, apply the cover page you define here to the user's new fax messages. If the user has permission to 'Select a cover page,' then the user can override the cover page you define here.
| NOTE: | This cover page setting is identical to the default cover page defined in the FACSys Desktop Options dialog box on the Sending tab. The setting you define will take effect the next time the user logs onto the fax server. |
