The Routing property sheet of the server Properties dialog box includes options for enabling CSI routing and routing image files to user directories on the server. Enabling CSI Routing FACSys works with your site's inbound CSI routing capability and can deliver faxes automatically based on CSI associations. To enable CSI detection, enable the 'call subscriber routing' option. For more information on configuring your fax server for CSI routing, See CSI Routing
Copying Inbound Fax Image Files When you enable the user directory routing option on the Routing tab, FACSys places a copy of every received fax image in a user directory on the fax server. If the fax is assigned to a user, then the image file is placed in the user's directory. For example, a copy of all inbound fax images received by John Keene will be placed in the directory on the fax server named \FACSys\server\user\johnk. All faxes not assigned/routed to a specific user are saved to the directory named \FACSys\server\user\unrouted. All fax image files are saved in the default receive file format defined for the fax server.
