The FACSys Device Service Provider Interface provides full support for Intel/Dialogic hardware. For all Intel/Dialogic hardware and software installations, follow the detailed installation instructions included with your Intel/Dialogic product.
Note the following:
| • | As of the printing of this manual, the latest version of the Intel/Dialogic software is System Release 6.0 which supports both analog and DM-based hardware. The link to the Intel/Dialogic SR 6.0 release documents is: http://download.emfast.com/Dialogic/DialogicSR60.zip |
| • | While Intel/Dialogic hardware does support Windows 2003 in PRI mode, it does not support T1 Robbed Bit mode at time of writing this manual and help system. |
| • | To install and configure drivers for Intel/Dialogic analog devices, run the setup.exe program in this directory or use the installation program included with your Intel/Dialogic device. |
| • | If you are running the Intel/Dialogic System Service, stop the service before installing the Intel/Dialogic Fax Software. Note that the Intel/Dialogic Fax Software 3.2 is compatible with the Intel/Dialogic Streams and Native SDK. |
| • | After you install and configure the fax device, use the manufacturer's test programs to verify proper configuration. |
