The Logging property sheet of the server Properties dialog box lists the logging options available to the fax server.
| • | Send mail notification to administrator - If you enable this option, the fax server will send an email message to the FACSys administrator when a FACSys alert threshold is reached or a warning message is posted to the Event Log. The notification message will be sent to the FACSys administrator's email address (as defined in the FACSys user profile). |
| • | Enable output to this server's information log file - If you enable this option, the fax server will post its activity information to the Fax Server Log file (faxsrv.log) located in the FACSys program directory on the fax server. This log file is useful for troubleshooting fax server routing and other issues. |
| • | Delete history database - All fax server transaction activity is posted to a Microsoft Access database file named HISTORY.MDB located on the fax server. This file is used as the source for generating FACSys reports. To purge all transaction information in this file, click the Delete History button. |
