Group Routing

Groups of users can be assigned one DID/DTMF/DNIS number. When a fax comes in matching that routing digit, the fax will be routed to the group. Next, each user's routing properties (who are members of this group) are used to "re-route" the fax. Based on each user's routing information, the fax may be printed on a network printer, sent to an email address, or forwarded to another location.
 
Routing Options
 

Enable inbound Routing to members of this group – Enabling this option configures FACSys for routing of inbound faxes to a group of users.

 

Routing – The DID/DTMF/DNIS number assigned to the group is entered here.
