To export fax server data, choose the Tools | Export command.
Follow the instructions in the Export wizard to export the information to an ASCII formatted file.
Note the following:
· The resulting data file will be in comma-delimited ASCII text format.
· You can select the fields to be exported, but you cannot change the order of the exported fields. The fields will be exported in the order in which they appear in the field list.
