You must define a FACSys User Profile for every FACSys user.
To add a new user account, select the File | New User Profile command. You can also right click on the User Profiles folder and select the New User Profile command. The User Profiles folder for the active fax server is selected, and the New Profile Properties dialog box is opened. Define the following for the new user:
