To instruct FACSys to route a user's inbound faxes to a remote fax number, display the user's Profile Properties dialog box and define the Forwarding Information options on the Archiving and Forwarding tab.
If you define these Forwarding options, FACSys will route the user's inbound faxes to the remote location in addition to listing the faxes in the user's FACSys Desktop Inbox folder.
NOTE:
Don't forget to select the "Enable inbound routing services" option on the General tab.
