Notifications

You can instruct the fax server to display network notification messages in response to the following events: successfully sent faxes, unsuccessfully sent faxes, and received faxes. You can define unique message contents for every fax server.

On the Notifications property sheet of the Properties dialog box, define the messages you want to display at the FACSys user workstations in response to the users' send and receive actions.

Message Notifications

Messages that are defined here are sent to users upon successful/failed faxes. Messages are done with the use of embedded tokens (listed below)
All tokens need to be surrounded by a tilde. (~)
For faxes received in an electronic mail application, the "received" message that is defined will also appear in the subject field.

FACSys users can turn on or off their own receive notification messages from within the FACSys Desktop, Tools | Options dialog box.

Sent Faxes that were successful - Enabling this option allows notifications for successful faxes to be relayed to users.

Sent faxes that failed to deliver - Enabling this option allows notifications for failed faxes to be relayed to users.
