Routing Received Faxes as PDF files

If you are using an SMTP Gateway and/or an Exchange Gateway or a Lotus Notes Gateway you can now choose to receive faxes in your e-mail inbox as:

Intel DCX, (eCopy) Simplify UNI, TIFF G3, TIFF G4, or TIFF MH (as previously provided by FACSys)

   OR

·

Image ONLY PDF file (non-text searchable)

   OR

·

PDF with Original Tif image (delivers a TIFF file AND a non-text searchable PDF File)

NOTE:

You can only route a PDF file to an SMTP mail box, an Exchange Mailbox or to a Lotus Notes Mailbox, not to any other mail gateway type.

You must FIRST create the Mail Gateway before you route the attached file to a user.
