FACSys 5.0 Enterprise is a NEW Product and not designed to permit direct upgrade from a 4.x system.
The process of of migrating from a FACSys 4.7SP4a or 4.8 or 4.9 system to 5.0 is documented in the FACSys 5.0 Installation Document included in the Documentation Package.
All users of FACSys 5.0 require new license files for the Server, Clients and Channels.
Older License DAT files are not compatible with FACSys 5.0

During the installation of the SERVER portion of FACSys 5.0 you will be prompted for the new FACSys 5.0 Server DAT file. You must have it ready to be selected with the browse tool. This Server License may not be re-used on another computer anywhere. You must have a UNIQUE license for each FACSys server on your system.
