On the General property sheet of the gateway's Properties dialog box, a Facsys Administrator can define the gateway's name, gateway service settings, and cover page options.
Cover Page Options:
- Use a cover page when sending this gateway - Select this option to force a cover page to be sent with all outbound fax messages handled by this gateway. The cover page used will be the fax server's default cover page. Only select this option if it is appropriate to the gateway type.
- Always place the message body on the Cover Page - Select this option to have the message text start on the cover page of the outbound message. If this option is not selected, the message text will start on a new page following the cover page.
NOTES:
Facsys Fax Connector for Microsoft Exchange includes additional cover page options.
Facsys SMTP Connector's Cover Page Options are on the Properties tab.
