Because the responsibilities of network users change frequently, user accounts may need to be removed from the FACSys server. When it is certain that the user will no longer require access to FACSys, highlight the account in the User Profiles folder and click the Delete toolbar button. You can also press the <Del> key on your keyboard.
Note: The FACSys Administrator user account cannot be deleted. This default administrator's account is provided with FACSys.
| TIP: | If there is a chance that the user might require future access to FACSys, consider disabling the account instead of deleting it. |
