On the Printer property sheet of the Properties dialog box, the default network printer is defined. This printer will be used by the fax server when printing received faxes and sent fax confirmations. The settings will affect all Facsys users connected to this fax server.
For example, if the 'Print confirmation' option is enabled, then a confirmation will be printed for every fax sent by every user connected to this server.
NOTES:
Print confirmations can be printed only on an HP LaserJet III or higher/later printer.
If the print queue resides on a Windows system, the print queue must be shared.
If a different network printer is defined in a user's Facsys profile, that printer will be used to print the user's inbound faxes.

- To define the default printer path, use the universal naming convention format (ie. a specific print queue on the "Sales" server may be indicated by \\sales\printer1).
- To route a user's print confirmations to the network printer defined in the user's Facsys profile, rather than the server's default printer, do not check the option 'Always print confirmations to this server's default printer'.
If 'Always print a confirmation for each fax sent by this server' is selected, then Facsys will print confirmations for all users, regardless of the settings in the User Profiles.
