To automate the process of pre-pending or appending required dialing digits, a dialing prefix or suffix can be configured on the Dialing tab of the user's profile. The digits defined here are added either to the beginning or to the end of the dial strings - they do not replace any digits entered by the user.
The Billing Code defined are reflected on all messages sent by this user.
When required for connection to an external service provider for sending fax messages, define the Remote User Name and Password.
NOTE: Dial mappings and routing rules can also be applied to all faxes sent by a fax server..
