Exporting Data

To export fax server data, choose the Tools | Export command. Follow the instructions in the Export wizard to export the information to an ASCII formatted file.

NOTE:

• The resulting data file will be in comma-delimited ASCII text format.

• The fields to be exported can be specified, but the order of the exported fields cannot be changed. The fields will appear as they appear in the list of available fields.
