Forwarding the User's Faxes

To instruct Facsys to route a user's inbound faxes to a remote fax number, select a user's profile, and go to the Properties. Define the Forwarding Information options on the Archiving and Forwarding tab.

Facsys will route the user's inbound faxes to the remote location in addition to listing the faxes in the user's Facsys Desktop Inbox folder.

NOTE: The Enable inbound routing services option on the General tab must be selected.
