A fax server's pending outbound faxes are listed in the Queued Items folder.

 

From within this folder, the following can be done:

  • View the status of all pending outbound faxes
  • Delete a pending fax job
  • Cancel a pending fax job

NOTES:

  • A pending fax cannot be opened or viewed.

  • A pending fax cannot have any changes made to its properties. If necessary, the sending Facsys user can make changes to a pending fax from the Facsys Desktop.
