If using an SMTP Gateway, an Exchange Gateway, and/or a Lotus Notes Gateway, faxes can be received as:
| • | Intel DCX, (eCopy) Simplify UNI, TIFF G3, TIFF G4, or TIFF MH (as previously provided by FACSys) |
OR
| • | Image ONLY PDF file (non-text searchable) |
OR
| • | PDF with Original Tif image (delivers a TIFF file AND a non-text searchable PDF File) |
NOTE:
| • | PDF files can only be routed to a SMTP mail box, an Exchange Mailbox or to a Lotus Notes Mailbox, but not to any other mail gateway type. |
| • | before routing an attached file to a user, an appropriate gateway must be configured.. |
