Generating Facsys Reports

All reports available to a fax server are listed in the Facsys Administrator Reports folder that displays in the fax server's resource list. Every Facsys report reflects the activity of the server from which you run the report. You also have the ability to optionally collect activity data from all fax servers to which you are currently connected. 

All fax server transaction activity is posted to a Microsoft  SQL database. The report is then displayed on the screen. Options are provided to Print the report or to export the Report to various formats including PDF, XLS etc.

To run a report, double-click on a report name in the Reports folder. The Report dialog box that displays contains the following options: 

• Report on all events recorded to the history database - Select this option to include all data in the history database that corresponds to the selected report. 
  
  
• Report on events since - Select this option and enter a date to include only the data that was recorded after the date you enter. 
  
  
• Report on event history from all known servers - Select this option to include data from all servers to which you are currently connected. 

Define the report options and click OK. All the report data is prepared and is displayed on the Screen.

All fax server transaction activity is posted to a Microsoft SQL database.
