When you choose to include a cover page with your fax message, FACSys adds the cover page to the front of your fax. Cover pages are generally used to identify the sender and/or the recipient of the fax.
FACSys supports both shared and personal fax cover pages. If you have the 'Select Cover Page' permission enabled in your FACSys user profile, then you can define personal fax cover pages. Similarly, if you have the 'Create system cover pages' permission enabled in your FACSys user profile, then you can define system cover pages to be shared by all FACSys users on the fax server.
FACSys supports two types of default cover pages:

For instructions on creating a cover page.
About the FACSys Cover Page Editor
The Cover Page Editor is integrated within FACSys but can also be launched as a separate application. The Cover Page Editor program (FXCPE32.EXE) is copied to your FACSys Desktop Client program directory when you install the FACSys Desktop software.
If you launch the Cover Page Editor outside of FACSys and you create a cover page, you must then import the cover page into FACSys. For instructions on using the FACSys Desktop Tools|Import|Cover Page command.
All cover pages you create with the Cover Page Editor have a ".lgo" file extension. You can only import and export files having this extension. If you have a cover page with another file extension (e.g., .DOC), you must recreate the cover page in the FACSys Cover Page Editor using the text and graphics tools discussed in this Help system and manual.
