Displaying the Cover Page Editor Toolbars |

To help create and maintain your fax cover pages, the Cover Page Editor includes a Command toolbar, a Text toolbar and a Status toolbar. The commands for displaying or hiding the toolbars are all located under the View menu.
This toolbar includes buttons and fields that you may click on instead of choosing frequently used menu commands. For example, clicking on the
The Command toolbar includes toolbar buttons for file management, text editing, tool selection and text layout.
When you display the Command toolbar, a checkmark appears next to the Command Bar command on the View menu. This command toggles on and off when you choose it.
This toolbar includes buttons and fields used for formatting the text on your cover page. When you select a text block, the attributes of the text are displayed in the Text toolbar. For example, when you select a left-aligned text block, the left alignment paragraph formatting button appears to be pressed in,
The Text toolbar indicates the font, font size, font style and paragraph alignment of the selected text block.
When you display the Text toolbar, a checkmark appears next to the Text Bar command on the View menu. This command toggles on and off when you choose it.
The Status toolbar displays messages about the action you are performing and the current state of the Cover Page Editor application.
The Status toolbar also indicates the position and size of the selected text block. You can use this information to help you define the relative positioning of objects.
When displayed, the Status toolbar is located across the bottom of the Cover Page Editor application window and a checkmark appears next to the Status Bar command on the View menu. This command toggles on and off when you choose it.
