To display the Options dialog box, choose the FACSys Desktop Tools|Options command.
The General tab of the Options dialog box lists general settings that affect your FACSys session.
| • | General settings - Define the actions that should occur when you delete or cancel fax messages. |
| • | When a new message is received - Define the actions that should occur when a new fax message is posted to your FACSys Desktop Inbox. |
| • | Refresh settings - Define how often FACSys should query the fax server for new messages and update the status of your pending outbound messages. |
