All FACSys Desktop users manage their own personal phonebook. To create your phonebook, choose the File|New|Phonebook|Personal command.
You can create your personal phonebook on a local or network drive. You must create the phonebook in a directory to which you will always have access from the FACSys Desktop. If you create the phonebook data file on a network directory, make sure that you always have access to the network location every time you launch the FACSys Desktop.
Your personal FACSys phonebook is listed at the bottom of your FACSys Desktop folder tree.
