To create system phonebooks accessible by all FACSys users connected to a fax server, you must have permission as defined in your FACSys user profile. To create a shared phonebook, choose the File|New|Phonebook|Shared command. In the New Shared Phonebook dialog box, enter a name and description for the phonebook and click OK. The new shared FACSys phonebook is listed under the Shared Phonebooks folder in your FACSys Desktop folder tree. After you have created the new shared phonebook, you can add the fax recipient entries.
NOTES:
| • | There can be a maximum of 256 shared phonebooks defined on each FACSys fax server. |
| • | Shared phonebooks are always maintained on the fax server. |
