When you route a fax to another FACSys user, the ownership of the fax changes. After you route a fax, the fax item is removed from your FACSys folder—the routed fax belongs to the user to whom you sent the fax.
| NOTE: | You cannot route a fax that has been received with errors. |
To route a fax to another FACSys user:
| 1. | Highlight the fax you want to route. |
| 2. | From the Edit menu, choose the Route command. |
FACSys displays the Route Received Fax dialog box that lists all FACSys users on your current fax server.
