All FACSys fax files and message resources are maintained at the fax server. If you will require future access to a fax, you should save the fax in a file format and location that is local to your computer.
When you save a fax message, FACSys creates a new file in the format and location you specify. The format and location of the original fax message will remain on the fax server.
To save a fax message:
FACSys displays the Save As dialog box.
Enter a name for the new file, and choose the format in which you want to save the fax message. Available formats include: DCX, PCX, and TIFF Group 3/4. To overwrite an existing file, select a file from the displayed list of file names.
To change the target destination, select a drive from the 'Save in' drop-down list. To open a folder or directory, double-click on the folder name.
The fax image file is saved in the format and location you defined.
