To ensure fast and accurate technical support, please have the following information available before submitting a support ticket at http://www.emfast.com/support.aspx

FACSys Fax Messaging Gateway client and server version numbers. This information can be obtained from the About dialog box of most FACSys windows (i.e., FACSys Desktop, FACSys Fax Viewer, and the FACSys Cover Page Editor). The version numbers of the installed fax server components are accessible from the FACSys Administrator program. To view a list of installed components, right-click on a server name in the FACSys Network resource list and choose the Properties command. The Installed Components for the server are listed under the General tab.
Client workstation operating system information as indicated in the System Properties dialog box. From Control Panel, run the System applet.
Fax server operating system information, including version and build number. This information is indicated in the System Properties dialog box. From Control Panel, run the System applet. Also, make note of any service packs that have been applied to your system. Use WINVER.EXE or WINMSD.EXE to obtain this information.
Network protocol used to connect to the FACSys server (e.g., IPX/SPX, NetBEUI, TCP/IP). When running Windows for Workgroups, this information can be obtained by running the Network Setup program.

       As of FACSys Version 4.9, Windows 95 is no longer supported. For Windows NT, this information can be obtained by running the Network applet from Control Panel.

The model/type of fax device or connection interface you are using.
Any error messages posted to the Windows NT Event Viewer application space on the fax server.
A list of other client/server applications integrated with FACSys.
A detailed description of your problem.
