After you annotate an image in the Fax Viewer, you may want to send or forward the fax file to another location. To fax the displayed image with its annotations, you use the FACSys "print to fax" procedure as outlined below.
To fax the displayed annotated image:
| 1. | Choose the Fax Viewer's File|Print command, and print to the FACSys printer. |
When you are "printing to fax," FACSys displays the New Fax Message window and gives you an opportunity to define scheduling parameters and specify additional files to be faxed.
The New Fax Message window includes the printed output file name in the attachments area. This is the image file you "printed to fax."
| 2. | In the New Fax Message window, define your fax and click the Send toolbar button  . |
Define the schedule information, cover page selection, and destination parameters. You can also choose additional files to be included in this outbound fax envelope. For more information on using the New Fax Message window.
After you click the OK button, the outbound envelope is sent to the FACSys server and faxed according to the scheduling parameters you defined.
