When you choose the Fax Viewer’s Line tool, the mouse cursor changes to a “cross-hair” cursor. Click anywhere on the image, hold down the mouse button and drag the mouse cursor. When you release the mouse button, the arrow is added to the image page. The arrow head appears at the point at which you released the mouse button.
