When you choose the Fax Viewer’s Highlighter tool, the mouse cursor changes to a “cross-hair” cursor. Similar to the Text tool, you click and drag the mouse cursor to create a highlight area. Click anywhere on the image and hold down the mouse button. Drag the mouse cursor to create the highlight area. When you release the mouse button, the yellow highlight is added to the area you selected.
