To save the changes you made to the image file, choose the Save command from the Fax Viewer’s File menu. You can also click the Save toolbar button 
. All annotations you added to the image are saved.
To save the image with a different file name or file type, choose the Save As command from the File menu. The Viewer displays the standard Windows Save As dialog box and prompts you to specify a name for the new file. Enter a new file name, file type and/or location, and click the OK or Save button. The changes you made to the image are saved as the new file, and the original image file is not changed.
