| The Cover Page Editor opens when you choose the File | New | Cover Page command or when you open an item in your FACSys Desktop Cover Pages folder.

| The FACSys Cover Page Editor provides an easy to use interface for creating and editing fax cover pages.

| The Cover Page Editor makes creating cover pages easy by including the following categories of features:

| · | Configuring the Cover Page Editor Application Window - topics include displaying or hiding the Command toolbar, Text toolbar, Status toolbar, and grid lines, as well as setting the zoom level.

| · | Using the Cover Page Editor Tools - topics include using the text, line, rectangle, and ellipse tools.

| · | Editing a Cover Page - topics include cutting, copying, pasting, deleting and selecting text and graphic objects.

| · | Defining the Layout of the Cover Page Text and Graphics - topics include defining the position of the text and graphic objects on the cover page.

| · | Inserting Fields on the Cover Page - topics include inserting pre-defined recipient, sender and message fields onto the cover page.

| NOTE: | If you launch the Cover Page Editor directly from your Window desktop, the cover pages you create will not be available from within FACSys unless you "import" them. For instructions on importing cover pages.
