| To export phonebook data, choose the Tools | Export | Phonebook command. Follow the instructions in the Export wizard to export the information to an ASCII formatted file.

| You will be prompted to do the following:

| 1. | Select the phonebook folder you want to export.
|
|
|
| 2. | Define the export file name.
|
|
|
| 3. | Select a field delimiter to be used to separate each field of data in the export file.
|
|
|
| 4. | Select the fields you want to export.
|
|
|
|

|
| Notes:
|
|
|
| · | The resulting data file will be in ASCII text format, delimited by the character you define.
|
|
|
| · | You can select the fields to be exported, but you cannot change the order of the exported fields. The fields will be exported in the order in which they appear in the field list.
