| The folders in your FACSys Desktop window maintain the faxes you have received and sent, your pending outbound faxes, your phonebook information, and your fax cover pages. The FACSys Desktop displays several default folders that you cannot change or modify. However, to further organize your fax activity and resources, you can create and manage "custom" folders.

| You can add any number of custom folders to your FACSys Desktop folder tree. You can also create nested subfolders (i.e., folders within folders). For example, creating subfolders in your personal phonebook helps you organize the phonebook entries. You might find it helpful to create separate subfolders that list your public relations contacts, your trade show contacts and your sales staff.

| NOTE: | You can only rename or delete the custom folders you have created. You cannot make changes to a default system folder (i.e., Deleted Items, Inbox, Outbox, Pending Approval, Sent Items, Unrouted, Shared Phonebooks, and Cover Pages folders).
