| FACSys includes the ability for a user to display a "Details Pane" in the FACSys Desktop. The Details Pane displays all recipient status information for a selected message. By displaying the Details Pane for a FACSys Desktop folder, you don't have to open a message to view recipient status.

| On a folder-basis, you choose whether to display the Details Pane. Because the Details Pane only lists recipient information, it makes sense to display this pane only for those folders that hold sent fax messages, for example your Outbox or Sent Items folders.

| To display the Details Pane for a folder, display the folder's Properties dialog box and enable the option "Display Details Pane when viewing contents of this folder."

| To filter the recipient information listed in the Details Pane, right-click in the Details Pane. Then select the desired filter option.
