| To display the Options dialog box, choose the FACSys Desktop Tools | Options command.

| The General tab of the Options dialog box lists general settings that affect your FACSys session.

| · | General - Define the actions that should occur when you delete or cancel fax messages, when a fax is received, and how often to check for new messages.
|
| · | Sending - Define the actions that should occur when a new fax message is sent.
|
| · | Reading - Define the actions that should occur when a new fax message is posted to your FACSys Desktop Inbox.
|
| · | Server - Define the default server that is to be used for any faxes sent, the login information, and the networking protocol to be used (ie TCP/IP or Windows Networking)
