| All FACSys Desktop users manage their own personal phonebook. To create your phonebook, choose the File | New | Phonebook | Personal command.

| You can create your personal phonebook on a local or network drive. You must create the phonebook in a directory to which you will always have access from the FACSys Desktop. If you create the phonebook data file on a network directory, make sure that you always have access to the network location every time you launch the FACSys Desktop.

| Your personal FACSys phonebook is listed at the bottom of your FACSys Desktop folder tree.
