| If your FACSys administrator has defined mail routing parameters in your FACSys account, then you will have access to your faxes from the FACSys Desktop and from within your e-mail system.

| When a fax is routed to your electronic mail application, the fax is delivered to your e-mail Inbox as a file attachment in a mail message. The file attachment is in the fax image format defined in your FACSys user profile.

| NOTE: | Your inbound fax routing configuration is defined in your FACSys user account profile on the fax server. If you require changes to your FACSys user profile, contact your FACSys administrator.
