Saving Faxes You Have Received
Previous  Top  Next

All FACSys fax files and message resources are maintained at the fax server. If you will require future access to a fax, you should save the fax in a file format and location that is local to your computer.

When you save a fax message, FACSys creates a new file in the format and location you specify. The format and location of the original fax message will remain on the fax server.

NOTE:Using the default and custom folders listed in the FACSys Desktop, you can organize the faxes you have received. However, when you move or copy a fax into a custom folder in your FACSys Desktop, the fax remains on the fax server. If necessary, contact your FACSys Administrator to find out how long these fax server resources will be maintained on the fax server.
