Creating and Managing Facsys Desktop Folders |

The folders in the Facsys Desktop window maintain the received and sent faxes for a particular user, their pending outbound faxes, phonebook information, and fax cover pages. The Facsys Desktop displays several default folders that users cannot change or modify. However, to further organize a user's faxes, "custom" folders can be created.
Any number of custom folders can be added to the Facsys Desktop folder tree. Nested subfolders can also be created (ie. folders within folders).
NOTE: Users can only rename or delete the custom folders that they have created. Changes cannot be made to default system folders (ie. Deleted Items, Inbox, Outbox, Pending Approval, Sent Items, Unrouted, Shared Phonebooks, and Cover Pages folders).
