FACSys includes the ability for a user to display a "Details Pane" in the FACSys Desktop. The Details Pane displays all recipient status information for a selected message. By displaying the Details Pane for a FACSys Desktop folder, messages do not have to be opened to view the recipient status.
On a folder-basis, a user can choose whether to display the Details Pane. Because the Details Pane only lists recipient information, it makes sense to display this pane only for those folders that hold sent fax messages.
To display the Details Pane for a folder, highlight the folder name, and right-click. Select Properties and enable the option "Display Details Pane when viewing contents of this folder."
To filter the recipient information listed in the Details Pane, right-click in the Details Pane. Then select the desired filter option.
