To display the Options dialog box, choose the Facsys Desktop Tools | Options command.
The General tab of the Options dialog box lists general settings that affect the Facsys session.
- General - Define the actions that should occur when a user deletes or cancels fax messages, when a fax is received, and how often to check for new messages.
- Sending - Define the actions that should occur when a new fax message is sent.
- Reading - Define the actions that should occur when a new fax message is posted to a Facsys Desktop Inbox.
- Server - Define the default server that is to be used for any faxes sent, the login information, and the networking protocol to be used (ie TCP/IP or Windows Networking)
