To display the Options dialog box, choose the FACSys Desktop Tools | Options command.
On the Reading tab of the Options dialog box, define the default settings that affect the display of a received fax messages.
When fax messags are moved, deleted, or opened, the defined actions will occur. A user can also define color coding to their outbound fax message recipients so they can quickly determine message delivery status.
Selecting the option "By default, open message in Edit mode" changes the default behavior of the "double-click on a message item" action. When selected, double-clicking on a message item will cause the fax image to be displayed directly in the Viewer application associated with the image extension.
