All FACSys Desktop users manage their own personal phonebook.
To create your phonebook, choose the File | New | Phonebook | Personal command.
Personal phonebooks can be created on a local or network drive. Phonebooks must be created in an directory that is "accessible" from the FACSys Desktop. If the phonebook data file is on a network directory, this location must be accessible every time the FACSys Desktop is launched.I
Personal FACSys phonebook(s) are listed at the bottom of the FACSys Desktop folder tree.
