Receiving Faxes in Your Email Application

If the Facsys administrator has defined mail routing parameters in a Facsys user profile, faxes will be available from the Facsys Desktop Client as well as the email system.

When a fax is routed to an electronic mail application, the fax is delivered to a user's e-mail Inbox as a file attachment in a mail message. The file attachment is in the fax image format defined in the Facsys user profile.

NOTE: Each user's routing configuration is defined in their Facsys user profile. These changes are done within the Facsys Administrator and not the Desktop Client.
