If the FACSys administrator has defined mail routing parameters in a FACSys user profile, faxes will be available from the FACsys Desktop Client as well as the email system.
When a fax is routed to an electronic mail application, the fax is delivered to a users e-mail Inbox as a file attachment in a mail message. The file attachment is in the fax image format defined in the FACSys user profile.
