To save the changes made to an image file, choose File | Save command
This option is also available on the toolbar. All annotations added to the image are saved as well.
To save the image with a different file name or file type, choose the Save As command from the File menu. The Viewer displays the standard Windows Save As dialog box and prompts for the filename of the new file. Enter a new file name, file type and/or location, and click the OK or Save button. The changes made to the image are saved as the new file, and the original image file is not changed.
