Removing Phonebook Entries

You may want to remove names that you no longer need in a particular phonebook.

Use the Remove action with caution. After you remove the entry, FACSys deletes all information pertaining to the entry.

Note: You can only delete recipient entries from a system phonebook if you have the appropriate rights in your FACSys user profile.       

To remove phonebook entries:
      

1.	In the phonebook entry detail list, highlight the person or group name(s) you want to remove. To delete multiple entries simultaneously, use the standard Windows multiple select procedures (e.g., click and drag the mouse, or hold down the Ctrl or Shift keys).

2.	Click the Delete toolbar button. FACSys displays a delete prompt.

3.	To remove the selected entr(ies), click the Yes button in response to the delete prompt. FACSys removes the entr(ies) from the phonebook.
